Hello, i got a level 60 rogue and i'm working on the pvp weapons and the set,
now i already know i want the pvp set and weapons.
now my question:

would this gear/enchants be good for a level 60 twink?
what would you change?(Remember i don't want to ding, so no quests/big instances please!)

If you're level 60, you're not a twink. Twinks are those that are in the range of 19, 29, 39, etc.

A level 60 is a twink too...
Never heard of a "Pre-BC" twink? or a AV Twink?

I hope you mean lvl 59, because otherwise you'll probably still get pwned.
But erm....I think you'd do well in full outlands greens tbh...maybe a few outland quested rewards...

You could go all out with enchants and whatever gear you could obtain and you will still get facepwned by level 70s.
10 levels of extra abilities, talent points, gear and resilliance > anything you can get at 60.
Your best bet would be to hit 69 and you could hangout in AB and WSG and be ok since you won't be hitting any heavy res opponents, but AV and EOTS you will still get walked over.

I'm not asking for comments like "go level to 69/70" I just want to know if this gear is alright, and i want to stay level 60 for AV(and some world pvp)
At level 60 you get in the level 51-60 AV bracket, and i don't need another level 70. Already got 3 and that is already too much.

First off, you didn't mention just AV. AV is the only one that goes into the '51-60' and '61-70' brackets. This is why most people consider twinks being in the 'x9' levels.
Secondly, it's kind of hard to check out which gear you want "approval" of when the link doesn't even work.
Thirdly, we don't care if you supposedly have three level 70s. Plus the fact that I don't see a response saying to get to level 70. 69.. sure.. 70, I may be missing something.
And last but not least, read the FAQ, there's plenty of answers for you there. Plus the fact that forum stickies state any person that links to a site with under 10 posts is most likely a bot. But as I can actually tell which site it is, I'll forgive you.

Don Julio's Band is an option to caster ring reward from HfP PVP. Don Julio's will give you a few more DPS stats while keeping some of the stam.
You may also want to consider exceptional stats on chest instead of 150 HP. You sacrifice 90 HP in exchange for 12 AP and a little bit of crit. You may also want to consider 15 agi to gloves instead of the armor patch.
If you can pull it off without dinging get the Bladefist's Breadth trinket from the Ramparts quest.
Also consider gemming the HfP melee ring with a shifting nightseye. It will mean you lose 6 stam in exchange for 4 agi and 4 AP. Probably a worthwhile tradeoff.
Other than that you should be good to go.
