horray

after about a month of pondering the wonderousness of fluff, iv finally picked my next alt
yes you guessed it, its a druid

iv had him sitting around at lvl 28 for about 6 months and thought id give him a whirl.

i totally forgot how much fun they are, jsut got to 30 last nite and travel form rules, saved my **** a lot against the damn 39 twinks in wsg.

i have my leveling plan sorted.

feral to 40
boomkin at 40-60
either feral or resto at 60 depending on how i feel

there was a few things that annoy me.

leveling as feral im expected to tank, il tank if needed but wont do it jsut cos im feral

attacking with jsut one wep sucks, but yes the 1 sec attack speed does help.
also i now understand why there is so much +AP on druid staffs - one wep

there was just one question:

when do druids become the most annoying healers in BG?

cos when im on any of my other chars at 70 they seem to HoT, run away and be at full hp in seconds....cant wait =P

well im here to stay as a druid, so get used to it.....or what ever i dnt mind

Yay another one to add to our racks, soon we will be able to control the entire world....

druids dont get annoying unless you try killing one, you should be able to HoT your self now then come back with full life. at lvl 39 i was speced feral and i would kill someone run off in travel HoT myself and go back into killing someone. that was fun, and now i can stun like 6 targets and then heal,

when i get to low hp i tend to coem out of form and HoT but with the full duration of the Hots im only at like 70% hp.

this maybe that i am near te next rank of the HoT and the one i have atm is falling behind a bit compared to my HP.

also what can we do against piercing howl, i kept swapping in and out of forms but teh damn warrios just spam it for ever

You get a big boost to your HoTs when you get lifebloom at 64. You then have 2 instant cast HoTs that will heal you for several thousand HP over their duration (assuming you have some +healing gear on). By 68 when you can go for the standard 8/11/40 +2 spec that makes you an insane BG/Arena healer that's almost unkillable.

I'm level 66 at the moment, and this is the spec I will be switching to when I get there.

I have been looking at some arena druids running around and saw that build, i do like it

never thought of putting feral charge in a healing build, but tbh it makes sense

i think when i hit aorund 68 i will respec to that and go pvp for a while and save honor for S1.

That's really only necessary in the arenas. Feral charge gives you another spell interrupt.

The good thing is, if you are a full raiding "tree healer" then you don't need to put points in all the Healing Touch talents and you have plenty left over to get feral charge, Natures grasp & Imp.Natures Grasp and be able to rock in BG's & arena :)
