edited because the one time I use punctuation it screws things up. (thanks for catching that)

I wouldn't say that. The nice thing about WoW compared to other games is that you can still have a full-time job and go out and still play and get to endgame if you're competent.

The sad thing is he's got all that gear but is only rated 1900.

slight thread high-jack.

I have to disagree with you to a point. I work two jobs, generally only have 8-12 hours a week for video games. I can be decent at pvp, because I am reasonably capable. But I will never reach the top of pvp, because I will never have the time to get DST / Renataki's and all the additional PvE gear that is required to go 2000+. I'm not even sure I will ever have the time to grind out gold for dual mongoose.

you can GET to endgame, sure.

I work 40 hours a week and have 15 hours of classes, what's your point?

Top of PvP is one thing in that it requires serious practice.

Top of PvE is something completely different. Endgame PvE content only seriously takes a few hours a night to get there.

PVE gets boring pretty quick for me. I guess it becomes pretty monotonous in my case seeing as the "recommended" server when I got the game, is one of the worst for PVE and PVP /sigh . So seeing as there's only 2 guilds that are doing BT and I don't feel like handing over my soul and life to see that content, I will be focusing on PVP. At least in PVP it's a surprise who you face off with and the different levels of talent you come across and as Theo said, PVP actually takes practice and skill.

DrMayhem if I, the brokest lvl 70 rogue on WoW can grind the gold for the enchants you can too! I'll put it this way I don't do dailies, I don't have an epic flying mount, and I don't think I've had over 400 g since I bought my regular flying mount. How much does dual mongoose cost on your server?

I guess it is surprising that with such nice gear he's only in that arena range, but I have no room to talk. I am thinking of renaming my team the Yo-yo's cause our score is up and down so much.

-side note because I just remembered this question: I've been running 2v2 right now with a warrior till we can find a competent druid. How do rogues handle hunter's god mode? It's a toss up right now on who wins those fights, but if you've already popped out of stealth do you just try to stay on them? I can't really vanish cause they'll jump on my partner, if we ignore them they tear us apart. (btw I only have one arena piece and several pvp rewards, working on getting better gear with more stam and resil, but until then what suggestions do you have?) Thanks!
