So heres alist of weapons i currently have
Blinkstrike
Vindi Brand
Fools Bane
S1 MH and OH maces
Latros
I used to raid months ago with blink/vindi and Latros in oh.. i stopped raiding for awhile. Went pvp and got the maces.
I recently started raiding kara again and respect to swords.. last night the fools bane dropped and my guild knows that im the only rogue that uses maces since i pvp... so even tho i didnt really want it i took it since they were gonna DE it.
So basically out of those weapon selections what would you use to raid? I know swords are more dps for raids but the maces i have are more dps at least stat wise.. eventually ill want to go back to swords to get spiteblade and talon ect but for now i just dont know what to do

Given that the S1 weapons have significantly higher DPS, I'd stick with your PvP maces until you can get some comparable swords.

sounds like fools bane was a waste since i already had s1 maces.. as far as the swords i like swords better for raiding but in pvp i like maces so i guess ill just have to respec back and forth or just find a happy medium with maces.
I think i have enough arena points to get merc mace but i really dont wanna spend arena points on merc rather get vengeful.

Yesterday i had a druid with a rogue alt argue with me that latro was not the best offhand for rogues at its level and availability. He said there was another weapon that was much better but couldnt remember it. When i told him about latros speed and stat compilation, he said that a 1.6 speed sword was good enough for us in our offhand.

he's probably talking about "the sun eater" which drops from heroic mech, its the only 1.6 sword that drops outside of raids as far as i know. given the choice between it and latro's i'd probably stick with what you have.
you'll of read this a million times, if you want to upgrade your OH, just get the S1 sword, it's only 9k honor which will take no time to get.
