alright i've gotten back into arena on my rogue since raiding on my shaman has smoothed out some and now able to get into arena alittle more often.

so i've finally been able to gather enough points to grab another season item and im unable to decide on what, my thought is helm or chest but not too sure.

thats the quick question i wanted to ask, my armory link is below but if you dont want to click it, thats fine.. im using t4 helm, nightbanes chest and spites leggings.

if i had a eta on s4 i might pool the points but i dont so might as well pick something up that might improve my arena play.. survival wise.

It would help to know which pieces you are wearing in those slots right now.

Assuming you have PVE gear in those slots (meaning no resilience), replace whichever one will give you the biggest stam boost, since both will give you more resil.
