Well, I do alot of research on WoW. I read alot of forums. I just read this damning question:
"Who the hell needs a rogue for endgame?"

is there a problem with rogues in endgame?
or is this person butthurt about rogues?
i'm pretty new to the game, i'm only lvl 47.
I guess a better question to ask is:
"Do rogues stand a chance to get into groups for endgame instances (heroics, kara, anything in that general area)

Rogues are DPS. We don't do a whole lot else, but we're almost always atop the damage charts. Anybody who tells you that a rogue is useless in endgame probably hasn't played much endgame.

yes. ty for the reassurance.
i have also talked to my lvl 70 rogue friend. he says they are great for dps, and that they are needed just as much as other classes.
But the main groups are looking for healer/tank, since dps is very common.

When looking for groups (esp. 5-man instances) you will, almost always, be hurting for a tank, a healer, or both. There are plenty of DPS players out there, so competition for those slots can be a problem. Find yourself a good tank or healer that you can group with regularly, that helps.
But by the same token, with such competition the better players tend to get remembered more often by the tanks and healers out there. Do your job well and folks will remember you and pst ya when a run is forming.

Kinda, we have
1 .Sap
2. Gouge
3. Blind
4. Kidney Shot
5. Cheap Shot
Although i wouldn't recommend using Kidney Shot in a fight in a raid because the mob is stunned and therefore the tank isn't gaining aggro.
Rogues CC only in 5-mans/Heroics. I suppose if you really really needed it you would call for a sap in a raid. But 45 seconds is pretty worthless in most cases unless the rest of them die fast.
