A little background:
I was MT for our guild for our beginning Kara experience, we picked up a better geared warrior for MT so I moved to off tank.
I also have a rogue so I bring him in for fights where 2 warriors are not needed, the other tank steps out for bosses where I need gear and it has worked out well, we have been clearing Kara on a regular basis.
Recently we have picked up more raiders and have started a 2nd group that I am leading and MT for and things look good as we made it through chess in the 2 nights we ran last week with many that was their first time there.

At the same time we have made an alliance with another guild and have started clearing Gruuls lair (well Gruul doesnt drop everytime) and I usually bring the rogue to these fights but the other tank has picked up his gear and wants me to start bringing my tank now as he doesnt get along with the other groups tank.
The problem is the other groups tank is a very well geared warrior and has been all the way to BT and if he MT's we cannot stay even close to him in threat on Gruul and wipes ensue. If I MT the DPS have to hold back too much and we get too many grows from Gruul.

I do have some rage starving issues in 5 mans and trash mobs in Kara but if I MT bosses or on Gruul the rage bar is full, if I am off tank rage starved.

The question at hand is should I respec or what changes should I make as I am more of an off tank lately except for the kara runs with our 2nd group.

Here is my armory link I logged out in the gear that gives me the most defense, I have most of the dps trinkets/rings/neck pieces from kara just no actual armor for dps I usually put on the HH helm and and trinkets/rings/neck and still maintain 490 defense but it makes a minimum difference to my dps.
Any suggestions/advice?

Just off the top of my head a Brooch of Deftness, Devilshark Cape, and the 75 badge legs would really help your threat gen. The Devsilhark Cape you can just spam Steamvaults on Normal mode until you get it, and the Brooch of Deftness is only like 25 badges and is amazing. There's also plenty of rings with Shield Block Value, notably Dath'remar's Ring of Defense and Protector's Mark of the Redemption. That gear setup may not be ideal for all situations, but since you're specifically lacking threat generation it might be something to consider.

When your rage bar is full when you're MTing Gruul, are you spamming Heroic Strike? Literally every single auto-attack should be a heroic strike if your rage bar is that full.

You don't need to stay anywhere near the other tank's threat. You just need to stay above the DPS's threat on Gruul.

MT
OT
DPS

The MT can have a 100k threat lead on the OT and it doesn't matter as long as the OT is outthreating the DPS.

Anyway, more specifically to your Armory... there's a few small problems with your talent spec, but they'd make a significant change in terms of threat output. You should pick up Imp. Sunder - it lowers your Devastate Rage cost by three, and 9 Rage Devastates are enormously helpful when offtanking. I'd drop Imp. Revenge - it's marginally useful in Kara at best and useless elsewhere.

As for your gear, picking up Expertise/Hit will make a huge difference in your threat output. Look into the Brooch of Deftness (Badge Neck) and Bracers of the Ancient Phalanx (Badge Bracers). Actually, just at least LOOK at all of the Badge gear - you should have quite a large supply of them with running Kara that often, and it's incredibly good. Nearly all of it will be upgrades. Consider some of the Protadin gear too - the Protadin BP is as good an item for Warriors as you'll see until late T5, so I'd heartily recommend snagging it.

Thanks for the responses!
Yes I am saving up for the badge gear, would have had the 75 badges for the big purchase this week but it seems our Kara runs were hosed due to R/L and connection issues by me and several other key members.
I have HS macroed in with all my main abilities was wondering if I should respec into it as I have seen many going 11/5/45 or some variation of that?

On a side note we didnt have the makeup for Gruuls and did a SSC run, smoked through the trash and made 4 attempts on lurker considering more than half the raid had never been it the place it went well, we made it to the 2nd submerge on the 3rd attempt. We are partnering with another guild and I hope they will be patient enough with us to allow us to learn the fights. We have a good group of DPS'ers just need more experience.

if you mean something like this spec, it can be worth respeccing into. saving a bit more rage per HS is always a good thing.

macroing HS to go off with every revenge/devastate/shield slam may not be a good idea depending on how much rage you have and what is on cd. you only want to weave HS in if SS/dev/rev are on cd, tclap and demo shout are still up and you have enough rage to execute the next SS/dev/rev when their cd's are up.
