You've used the mad alchemist potions, right? what kind of stuff do you get from the side effects?
its like an 80% chance to proc any of the end tier pots "Elixirs". even some pots "Elixirs" i dont even know, like the resiliance one.
its never a debuff.
off the top of my head ive gotten:
Fel Strength
Mastery
Major Agility
Major Defence
Iron Skin
I havent recieved anything useless like Fire Power or stuff like that. I have no idea if its Class Based or not.
All in All they are very easy to make and very very usefull. They have replaced my Health pots completely. as if i need HP i will likely have some mana i'd like to get back too. Super HP pots take 2 Neitherbloom which are not cheap.
At first i thought about replacing my Super Mana pots, but i get alot of free mats for them from herbing while i do my dailies. so its cheaper to use super mana for mana, and mad alchemist when i need HP with a bonus of mana and a random buff.

Also it wont over write any pre existing buff from a pot. if you have a battle buff it will give you a gaurdian buff and visa versa.

I have carried them with me for a while now and have used them, and I found the same result as Ruen did.
I've been told, but haven't confirmed through use yet, that if you already have the specific buff it chooses to give you, it renews the time on it. I don't have an Alchemist Stone yet (not enough rep), so I can't confirm that it works with these, though I don't see why it wouldn't.

what happens if you have a flask and use it? does it stack? or give you a different buff
If you have a flask you get nothing.
So its usefulness would be limited in raids, but decent in 5-mans or something
