Ok math guys cuurently I am combat swords with Blinkstrike and Mongoose mainhand and currently unenchanted S1 OH sword.
http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Smolderthorn&n=Vulk

The BS dps is 81.2 which is low compared to other 70 MH swords S1 for exmaple.
My question is has anyone did the math to look at how often the BS extra attack procs and what the ture DPS on it is?

I am 3 primal nethers away from Dragonmaw/S1 OH maces combat mace for pvp.

Just curious what I should look for in a MH sword when I spec back to swords for raids.

Thanks

PS I am currently gathering mats for goose on the S1 OH sword so that won't be an issue.

I don't know the exact proc rate for Blinkstrike, but I can only assume it's around 5%.

If it is 5% then you can basically increase its DPS by 5%, bringing it up to around 86 DPS with 0 stats.

The S1 MH sword is 91 DPS with some DPS stats on it, as well as some stam which is nice to have in PVE.

I would say the proc rate on Blinkstrike would have to be around 15-20% to put it on par with the S1 sword.

Weapons like Blinkstrike and the Night Blade have simply lost their epic-ness since the S1 weapons have become available for honor.

Edit: This was very rough math done solely in my head and should not be considered set in stone.
