Pally Power. Get it, if you dont have it then boo to you.

Grid + Clique. Two separate UI, that put together makes for teh easy raid healing.

Omen Threat Meter. Superiour in every way shape and form to KTM/KLH threat meter and it uses less resources. Get it, get it now. A raider without a threat meter is a tonne of fail.

Deadly Boss Mods / Big Wigs. Raid warning and timers on boss moves. Priceless to have, it is usually smart to make sure that the entire raid is using the same one, both are fine but timers can be off and confusion can happen if 3/4 of the raid is using DBM and 1/4 is on Big Wigs.

Those are my main raid ui, anything else is mainly aesthetic.

/rageeeeeeeeeeeeee I don't play a pala, the class already has to look like a purple vibrator, don't make it SOUND gay too!

Anyway, on a more on-topic note...

Additional mods I've found useful that I wouldn't say are "required" but I've really enjoyed having:

CooldownTimers2 - This throws up a message on my screen when my trinkets and other cooldowns are ready to be used (it could be used for skills but....)

Parrot - This is a kind of scrolling combat text on the rocket... I mean steroids (see whut I did thur har har). While CT2 can track my skill cooldowns (ie. divine favor/illumination), I just liked the feel of having it go through parrot better.

ClosetGnome - This plugs into Fubar and allows really quick switching of gear. Nice part about it, it can que up the change then change when you're out of combat. I use this feature to select my shadow resist during the last wave of trash mobs in Hyjal, so that the instant I drop combat, my gear is switched to my SR set and I can start drinking and never forget to wear my SR.
