just wanted clarification. so if im spamming wrath and i get 5 crits in a row, triggering natures grace, the spell itself would have a 1 sec cast but does the global cool down remain 1.5 kinda nullifying the buff? thanks

Helps with starfire, which is on a 3 second cast. Also allows you to cast wrath and move faster, if you need move.

Sort of how (if talented) a 3 sec HT is virtually the same as casting NS+HT in the long run (3 seconds of GCD's for the 1 HT vs 3 seconds of cast for the 1 HT), only using NS+HT can be cast on the move and gets the initial burst in 1.5 seconds sooner.

natures swiftness doesnt trigger the GCD skribs, so it really is nearly instant, adjusting for lag.

there are rare times (very rare) where ive been able to kill or have been killed after using NS but before HT goes off, so there is a very small window that lag creates, but for the most part its about as instant as youre going to get. the NS'ed HT will go off and heal someone a good second before the GCD refreshes.

they are fixing this in patch 2.4

Enough spell haste will reduce the global cooldown to 1 second, the exact time a wrath with natures grace take sto cast ^^

Except that with enough haste to reduce the GCD to 1.0 sec, your base Wrath would be at less than 1.5 sec, so taking .5 off that would leave Nature's Grace + Wrath still casting faster than the GCD.
