Seal of Wisdom threatFollow

Since we get a threat increase from mana gain I was wondering who the threat gained from the mana return from Judged Seal of Wisdom is credited to. Does it do to person who gained the mana like the Priest HoT or to the caster like other healing spells?

What brings this up is a couple of weeks ago when we did Void Reaver I was one of the off tanks and judged Wisdom on him, I was able through a normal threat rotation of SoV stack to 5, judge SoR, judge SoV and hope to catch the stack, and consecrate to keep up with the warriors and actually grab agro at around the 6 min mark after receiving no MD's. Last week I was MT on him and judged SoC, while I had no issue keeping threat I thought that the increased spell damage from SoC and the fact I was getting hit and generating threat through Holy Shield, Ret Aura and BoSanc (we have 3 pallys) would put me through the roof but there wasn't as big an increase as I thought. Which led me to think that maybe we get credited with the threat from the Judgement of Wisdom which with about 15 mana users hitting him could be significant.
