Right now I'm a Frost mage. I haven't raided yet, and I intend to create the Shadowweave set ASAP following reaching 70, and start raiding with that as Frost, and continue as best I can. I know that Frost has its DPS problems as compared to Fire and Arcane when it comes to raiding, and lately I've been considering trying out Fire or Arcane. So, my questions are:
1. Is it true that I have to be specced into Shadowweave Tailoring in order to equip the Frozen Shadowweave set?
2. And, if #1 is true, do I lose the items if I drop Shadowweave Tailoring and re-spec for Spellfire Tailoring?
