Help! Kara gearing.Follow

So my shaman is getting really close to Kara now,
and my questions are..What stats should a resto shaman have? Mp5/+healing/mana/health wise? Also what kind of gear? All epic? Or mostly blue/epic?

Sorry if it's hard to understand, english is my second language. heh.
