Need advise on buildFollow

hello all, well my guild its finally going to kara and currently we have a nice heroic team, right now i think am in full aff biuld, but i was thinking that maybe sm and ruin could be good for 5 man and also help me in kara and maybe zul aman in a long future, this is my armory link

i still need to decide what enchant to get for my gloves, spell damage or spell hit???

also when we facing bosses i switch form xi'ri's gift to scryer's blood gem to get more spell hit. the build am thinkin now is this

i have 2 points left, now i know i wont go anyway away from heroic dungeons and kara in a long time so what u guys think i would do better teh way i am now or shall i give a try to that build? also any advices where those 2 points could go??

Well, your gear is great so you are good enough for Kara and beyond. But you want to get your hit capped a 202. That is very possible for you, if you start replacing your gems with +8 spell hit, you will be able to reach the cap easily, from there you can get more spell crit or crit.
