Hi All, i'm another one of those who've been reading these forums a while and just now made an account ^_^ so the sig and stuff will be coming soon ;)

Seeing as the 2.4 update's been released on the PTR's and the patch notes are out (for those that haven't read http://www.wowhead.com/?patchnotes=2.4.0-ptr) I thought this would be a point for discussion seeing as there's 5 important changes for us.
Most noticable being the nerf on Imp. Hamstring bringing diminishing returns on the root effect in PvP, if anyone is playing on PTR and knows how badly this will effect arms spec's.

The other changes all appear to be good things however i.e. WW will now proc flurry and rampage (can I get a woot?) and no accidental stance changes. Anyways feel free to give your opinion's and knowledge.

The Imp. Hamstring nerf is extremely minor. With three points there's a ~2% chance of you getting two sets of Imp. Hamstring procs within 15s of each other, unless you're spamming it, and even then it's not terribly likely.

I'm liking the fix on Flurry, where as if you crit on your last Flurry charge, it will not start the 3-cycle over.

Not to mention flurry and rampage proccing from OH crits now. The dim. returns on imp. hammy are nothing to fret over. All around, warriors got some love on this patch.
