WSG Help.Follow

Alright, so I just dinged 19, and went to play some Warsung Gulch. And I sucked terribly. I really can't tell why though. When I played 2 years ago, I was at least decent. No I don't have uber gear, nor did I two Years ago. All the stuff I have is "...of the bear" for the Sta and Str.

Its just kinda...disheartening. I used to love WSG, would play it all day from sunup to sundown. I dunno. Maybe things have changed since the last time.

I'll just try again at 29 I suppose. (And if it makes any difference, my talents thus far are:

Improved Rend 3/3
Deflection 2/5
Improved Charge 2/2
Iron Will 3/3

By the way, a "twink" is a player who puts maximum time, effort, gold into a character for the sole purpose of dominating a BG bracket. As coach said, the 19 bracket is saturated with em. With normal gear, you cannot compete; you might as well be going up against a player ten level above you.

At 29, it is not so bad, there are less twinks and even when you come across them, your efforts will allow you to contribute to the fight. More true as you go up the brackets.

So dont give up man, BGs can still be fun. But if you see a gnome wearing goggles, RUN AWAY!!!! :P

Stepping into WSG at level 19 without any twink gear is basically suicide and it's no fun at all.

That is, unless you enjoy getting your *** whooped over and over again.

I would suggest leveling up and playing in the 29+ brackets.

Thanks. I'll try again at 29 then. I yes. Definantly saw some gnomes wearing goggles. But hopefully 29 wont be so bad. That, or I'll wait for Arathi Basin, that one was a bit more fun that WSG in my opinion. And people seem to be a bit more...organized than in WSG. Hope AB hasnt changed though ><
