Almost 70, my next goalsFollow

So, yesterday I log out only 10k xp away from 70. I'm thinking on grind some honor before dinging, so I can use the fact that I'm 69 to have more HK on BGs, thus more honor by the day.
I'm thinking in grinding till I have at least the necessary to buy the gladiator maul (27k honor, if I'm not mistaken) and I'm sitting on 9k honor right now.

Only to add, my idea is, after I grind this honor and ding 70, finish the quests remaining (I did only 3 quests on blade's edge and left almost all group quests behind) for the gold and keep running instances after instances, both for rep and gear. I got to get keyed to Kara too, though my guildies are willing to help me with that.

Anyway, what I want to know is if I'm thinking right or if I should ding and go to BGs as 70, even if I got pretty much 1-shotted by anyone with my still crap PvP gear. And don't forget I'm alliance. In my BG, Alliance pretty much win only in AV, with very few wins on EoTS, WSG and AB, so the bonus honor from the daily isn't really happenning.

If you want to do this, go for it. However, it will take longer than if you were doing it at 70. Not sure how the 60-69 queues are; can you give us an estimate?

Well, first of all, you'll need some decent gear no matter when you go in. You can buy a lot of BoE blues, especially since you already have a flying form and money is easy to get. Hopefully you leveled up some reputations and got some nifty rewards.

One thing a druid is great for in BGs is healing. Yes, you'll get owned in a single fight, but if you can keep moving and keep healing (which is what Druids are great at, and why they're fierce in arena), you'll help out a lot.

Oh, and as for talking about how much alliance win/lose. Don't grind honor solo unless you're in AV. ALWAYS try to get into a premade. Even if you lose, everything will still be a lot faster and more efficient that way. My honor/hour practically doubled when I went from pugging to premade. Just say you can heal, and resilience is less of a prereq.

There are pretty much no queue. I click on "Join First Avaiable" for AB/EOTS/AV and get the popup almost instantly.

Well, I have pretty much no healing equips, since I DE everything I get that I won't use (feral equip) or can't sell (quest reward). Maybe I should buy green and blue equips at the AH, but I find myself pretty useful as feral in BGs.

I'm sure I'm useless as feral in Arena, but I'm not worried about Arena yet.

About pugs/premade, I'll try to find some premade, but since my guild don't do BGs/Arena the time I'm on (they have the raid time pretty much the same time I'm on, wich will be great soon, but it's bad for me to look for help or company) I guess premades aren't really a option.
