That is harder to tell than who doesn't read them, since they usually make the stellar posts(read OP).

this just in:

faster offhands do, in fact, miss more than slow offhands.

they also hit more.

THEY ALSO GET PARRIED MORE.

FASTER OFFHANDS HELP THE MOBS/WARRIORS KILL YOU GUISE.

(This, while inconsequential, is actually a valid point!)

The only exception is muty. Which needs both hands to be slow. Well actually it needs the highest base damage on both hands and slow daggers often entail that.

Cept for the day when muty will be sword wiel...[explodes into tears]

No it's not.

I read Nooble's guide, but it's so long, I don't remember what exactly was said about weapon speed, since, at the time, I had just started my rogue (not that I'm much farther along now) and just wanted a general idea about the class. The next time I read it, I was looking for information on talents/spec, and still didn't learn anything about weapon speed. So, I second the motion for a stickied speed post. We have stealth, lockpicking, and poisons... why not weapon speed?

Plus, people who think they know all about rogues, but still have a question on weapon speed might avoid a general rogue FAQ but read one on the specific topic they were interested in.

Yes it is.

The moar parries you get (it's the same percentage with a fast weapon, but more actual parries)the more you shave off the mob's swingtimer.

Like I said, it's inconsequential, but it IS true.

The last time I checked, attacks from behind can not be parried. How often exactly are you toe-to-toe with any mob that's going to last long enough to make the parry rate noticeable?

Even if the fights last 6 seconds or so, the parry rate is greater overall, so you still experience moar parries over many fights.

Really, though, as you should have been able to tell by the fact that I used all caps, misspelled GUISE and pointed out how inconsequential it was, it was not meant to be taken seriously.

Which is why you've defended it twice now, right?

Because you're both attacking it in an incorrect way.

Maybe if you didn't fail so badly at it I'd let it pass.
