I'm worried that I might not be getting the most out of my gem and enchant choices, I was hoping that some helpful people would be willing to take a look at my armory profile and give me some advice, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look up "Kaliban's Class Loot List" in google...it'll help you with gems and enchants for all classes and all specs. I'd post the link but the site has gold ads.
I'm not an enhance shaman expert, but one thing that popped out to me is your +16 ap gems. Why wouldn't you use the +8 str ones instead? Same ap overall, and it scales with kings.

8 str > 16 Ap purely because of that.
its a sweet 1.6 Ap extra for every str gem vs Ap gem when you get kings.
And it gives block too, for that 1 in a million time you're wearing a shield XD
and i dont know about meta-gems for shamans, but for hunters the +12 agi/3%crtdmg is the only good one.
For enh. shaman's i'd guess too since what you're using now only gives you a tiny bit more crit and 3% extra critdmg is pretty nice in the long run.

at your crit% (24.72, but we'll round it down to 24.5) you would get an increase in dps off:
0.245 x 3 = 0.735% dps
Thats equal to what ~16.2 critrating would give you. (in itself already more then your current meta gives you) and with rising crit comes more dps gained from the gem.

Easy guide to enhance shammy gems:
Relentless Earthstorm. Always. Always. Always.
8str, or 4str/4crit gems IF there's a damage-oriented socket bonus.
The gem from Heroic Steamvaults + one 4str/6sta gem to activate RED, only in damage-oriented socket bonuses (not stam ones, unless they're all you have), and never any more than those 2 blue gems. Blue gems = fail.
Another piece of advice: forget you can wear mail. Full leather. Leather badges bracers and boots, leather chests, leather helms, leather everything. Pretty much the only mail pieces that are worthwhile are the legs from Kazzak/Reaver/Hyjal, the badges gloves, the S3 helm, plus the nonset S3 pieces while you're still gearing up. Everything else should be leather. Why? Intellect and mp5 are both wasted stats, they might as well say +healing and spirit for all the good they do you. There's a few items that are close, but the leather items are still better.
