Rogues (always), warriors (spec-dependent), shamans (spec-dependent), hunters (I think)...

edit: just so I'm clear, I don't mean that Rogues are born with the ability and that warriors much spec into it. Rather that you'll never see a rogue with a big 2-hander and that, in order for DW to make sense, a warrior would spec into it.

Warriors, rogues, and hunters get it regardless of spec. Rogues at 10, warriors and hunters at 20.

Shamans get it if the are enhancement and invest a point in dual-wielding.

That's it.

You don't need to teach someone calculus who just wants to learn how to add. What I'm saying is, if they have a simple question, and it has a simple answer, then give it to them. It can be confusing if you start adding all this "well if they spec this way and he might be able to but he can't under these circumstances" etc...

Dunno what that one guy was talking about, but the dude above me gave the most correct and simplest answer.

Two shields equipped eh? Sounds like the complete opposite to a rogue lol

Imagine the threat you could build with 2 shields though! (drool..)

Avengers shield could do double damage too =P
