For the moment I’m not raiding a lot but i plan to start raiding more in the next week
I crafted my fsw set for the +dmg frost. Now i want to raid and I want to have the best spec to raid and for that I need to be fire. I' too lazy to farm all the primal fire to craft the fire set and the FSW don't give me fire dmg . I want to know if I can raid effectively as fire with the S2 and S3 arena set.

Or, you could always raid as frost using the FSW.
just stick with frost for the time being, until higher dps really matters frost isn't all that bad.
