I really want to start dual-boxing with two shamans, and i'm chewing over whether or not it's a good idea. Question, do totem buffs stack? Like if I'm rolling two enchance shammys and they both drop the +str totems, will the bonuses stack? same with 2 elemental shammies and the +spell dmg totem. thanks for the help!
no, +stre totem will not stack, I believe ToW is the only totem that stacks, correct me if im wrong.
Tremor and poison/disease cleansing can "stack" in that there will be two pulse timers. Healing stream was recently changed to allow stacking.
But any of the other buff totems will not stack; you'll need to have them drop different totems.

Also damage and elemental totems can vaguely be thought of as "stacking".
Pretty sure TOW doesn't stack, though it's fun to think about. Imagine having a 5-shaman group in a raid where everyone ditches any +spellhit gear they have in favor of pure +dmg/spellcrit gear (since +15% spellhit plus 6% from talent takes them above the cap). And +15% spellcrit all but guarantees a constant Clearcasting state, not to mention a crazy increase in overall DPS. So good!
I thought Healing Stream totems stacked. Not sure why I think this though, I shall go try to find out. I know mana spring does not stack.

And, while I didn't see anything "official" anywhere, in the few threads I read pretty much everyone agreed that ToW can stack. Which I never knew and is insane.
