Menethil Harbor and am now above level 30, where would be the next place to go to get quests to continue to level. I would also like to go on an instance at some point but since I have never been on one, I am sure I would be very bad at it. I have gotten the quests for the gnome dungeon but like I said I do not have any experience and I am not sure I want to do that at this point.

Check the handy-dandy-user-friendly navigation bar on the left of this page...go down to "Geography: Zones by level..." if you don't know where a given zone is, it's not that hard to look up where it is and how to get there.

This page also lists the instances and their levels.
'Nuff said.

Etc.

Id recommend going to The Deadmines if you want to try an instance. True you're going to be overleveled here and may not get experience for the mobs you kill, but it is a good intro to what instances are about. Join up with two or three like-leveled friends or guildies and see what you can do. I'm not sure how much work you've done in a group or if you've prety much been solo for your game experience. I say this because playing a hunter in a group is much different than soloing. To play well, you need to know what you will be expected to do and practice until you can perform like a well-oiled machine. Make sure that any group you join for whatever instanced dungeon you decide to explore understands that htis is your first foray into such a quest. Hopefully they will explain your role to you, try and point out what you're doing right (and wrong) and generally be more lenient if you mess up.

If you like lots of world PvP... Stranglethorn Vale FTW. No lack of questing opportunities and ganking.
