Question is, Since I don't use healbot, or any add ons. I use titan panel, dmg meter which I use for the healing meter. No healing add ons whats so ever and I do a fairly good job keeping people alive. I was wondering what every paladin uses for BT/Hyjal... I heard x-pearls is good, as well as heal bot and so on. I need opinions. It's very sad that I use the classis raid Ui, I was looking for something that everyone elses use. Thank you! :D

Those are the minimum mods you should be running for holy. Oh and you have 73 mp5, not 193. Your mana regen while not casting doesn't ever matter, only your mp5 while casting does.
Additional tips: Replace your chest enchant with mp5, you'll get more out of mana regen then you will stats. Your mp5 is pretty low for your gear level, but I see you're stacking a bunch of +18 healing gems instead of royal nightseyes, and that plus using pvp gear is why. Honestly you should only ever use royal nightseyes and luminous noble topazes, unless you need crit. The only exception is if you're a JC and want to throw in ONE 26 healing gem.

Will I'm sitting at 1750ish unbuffed healing and honestly I don't know how you got through Kara using the standard raid UI.
I run healbot, decursive, deadly boss mods, omen. All of which I consider mandatory. I also have SWstats which is just fun to look at, but purely optional.
