Linky

Drops from Sarannis in Botanica.

If you read the wowhead entry, apparently shadow dmg and spell dmg scale with the stolen life at a 1:1 ratio.

So.

Full frozen shadoweave, ritssyn's lost pendant, whater shadow dmg gear you can get your hands on and fill the rest up with boomkin stuff... Haste gear works too. Grab mongoose on both of 'em, and spam shiv.

Unkillable?

(Would work on a warrior too.)

I wonder if the 2% shadow dmg dealt from frozen shadoweave would work too, that would be nice

I don't understand what you're getting at. If you're a rogue in cloth = fail. Are you in the wrong forum?

Unkillable..thats doubtful you might have some nice health regen, but you have to remember wearing cloth drops our armor even lower and you sacrifice our main stats agility, stam, crit and attack power.

That to me sounds like bad. Plus you have to remember that it is a CHANCE on hit not a guaranteed hit. So it may not always proc and all that shadow and magic gear that u have on wont do a darn thing.

Only problem is the amount of damage you lose from going Cloth is going to offset HP gained, if not more.

The last time Rogues were in full plus spell damage gear was when Pulse Dagger was still doing Magic damage.

It's simple, really. If you get full epic shadow/spd gear you will have like... 1200 damage.
It's ok that you sacrifice AP and stuff because the only important thing is you are still getting stam (which is universal). Now if you get a rather fast attack speed, spec combat swords for combat potency, AR and sword spec, this will proc a couple times a minute and would steal you your maximum hp or more a couple times over, while keeping near regular dps. if I could find the real PPM rate for Revenger then I could calculate if the DPS would be sufficient, but i'm just saying it's an interesting loophole in arena that allows you to 'healbot' yourself so your other partner is free to do more DPS. While it wouldn't be enough to fully hea yourself, you'd still do good dps.

What is there not to understand? It's like multiplying your dmg by 80% but giving you 7-8k hp regen per minute (125 hp/5.)

And uh, no I'm not a rogue in cloth, but if I was (i'm collecting some green gear to try this out at the moment) but using dual revengers, it would work.

Don't bother trying to do this, it'll be a waste of time, money, and you'll get laughed at.

I fully understand what you're trying to get at here: You're saying you're trying to max out on some spell damage in increase your Chance On Hit damage.

And you called this a "loophole" in Arena.

True.

But seriously, think about that hard working partner of yours who's dishing out tons of DPS, while you're trying to poke someone with some daggers in your spell damage gear. Highly unlikely for that "cloth rogue" (and I know you know that).

While fun to think about, I wouldn't spend too much time with it.

7-8k regen a minute wont help you against a MS warrior with 4k crits. Come to think of it, if another rogue couldn't put out more than 8k dmg a minute (which is 2 dps)...wait why am I even bothering with this?
