From frost to fire....Follow

Ok, I have been frost for a LONG time...well, I have ALWAYS been frost.

My question is, since I am considering making the switch, do I need to craft all 3 pieces of the Spellfire set?

I have the Nethersharde Girdle and the T4 mage gloves, but is having that +7% damage bonus better that getting the 4pc set bonus for the T4?

I am leaning towards, yes it is better than T4, I am just checking to see how much work I have to put into this before I spend the dough to switch to Spellcloth spec and then Fire spec.
