Hey guys,
I read the sticky, and understand that the feral tree is what I want for a quicker leveling to 70...but what exact build do you guys prefer for pure leveling?

Go feral until you get Feral Swiftness, then take Furor -> Naturalist -> Omen of Clarity. After that put the remaining points into feral. Upon level 50 respec for Mangle at the end of the feral tree. Then go back to your resto tree for OoC again.
This I believe is the commonly acknowledged fastest leveling build. I will personally attest to this. OoC is god pre-Mangle.

Exactly this. The only thing I did differenly was I took Nature's Focus instead of Naturalist the first time around, choosing Naturalist when I filled it back in again post-50-respec. I found Nature's Focus extremely useful until I got Barkskin.
I did EXACTLY the same as you, teacake. The improvement in casting healing spells while under fire immensely increased the survivability, both in PVE as PVP. For me it was >> 10% extra damage.
