One more thing.... sometimes what you need isn't a mod, it's a macro. For example, why have all your portals/teleports on buttons? You could make a macro so that you left-click for a portal to shatt & right click for a teleport to shatt, control-left-click for .... you get the idea. Then you bind that to a specific button on your toolbar and you're good to go. You could do the same thing with eating & drinking, fire & frost wards, etc.

For more info, see some good ones at wowwiki.

Anobix,

The bottom left of your UI, what are the boxes next to you chat box? Also are you using eepanels as well?

I have been using Bartender and such and really like my setup, but I am really liking how clean your UI looks.

Here is mine...

Clicky!

next to the chat box should be my raid frames, addon is called Grid -- very customizable, but will take you a bit to set it up. I also use bongos, I like the ease of use over bartender.

TBH get proximo, NECB and you are good to go - I've raided Naxx with that (not proximo ofc since it's a arena addon). Blizzard have done a good job on their UI, and there's no need to waste memory on other addons imo. Threatmeters are grossly overrated, but ofc can be a good help.

???

You must have some amazing skill or not dps that well to be able to know when to stop pushing dps on the tank/tanks especially in fights with a lot of aggro drops.

Firstly, learn to spell. People are more likely to answer your questions if they don't have to tactically decipher their meanings. Fortunately, I am proficient in over six million forms of communication, which you appear to be using most of at once.

Secondly, full clicking is a very, VERY, VERY bad idea.

Anyway, I'd like to recommend my own UI (screenshot) I recently released on the Warlock forums for someone not using too many bindings, or if you're feeling ready to plunge straight into the deep end of bindings, Theophany's Korz UI 5. I myself click a good few of my abilities, but I have the twelve spells I regularly (more than once a minute) while DPSing bound. Bindings to the extra buttons on your mouse are a pretty nice way to get started.

By the way can anyone link me the download of the "Minimap Button Mod" please?
#41 Feb 29 2008 at 7:52 AM Rating: Good
Google is very helpful in these situations. You can check out sites like www.curse.com or www.wowinterface.com and I am sure you can find almost all of these mods. It is important to empower the user and not just give hard links.

as the old saying goes, give a player an addon, and they can now see coordinates, link the person to an addon database and their UI will be fully customizable by their tastes... or something like that.

I'm rolling with THIS at the moment. The entire top bar (with Frostbolt and such) is keybound to my number pad and mouse, but I click the couple of things on the bottom bar.

There's a link to it in my sig if you want it, it's in both 1280x1024+ and 1280x800+ resolutions. Sorry if your screen is smaller, but making a 1280x800 UI on a 1280x1024 screen hurts my eyes enough without stretching it even more xD
