So I'm not sure where to look (already did a wowhead search), but do you think Blizz will implement expertise gems?

No, and they would be far sub-par to Hit gems anyways considering what a ridiculously low amount of Expertise you need to cap it. And even if there were expertise gems you wouldn't want to touch them til you hit 363 Hit.

Which, of course, if you ever do max the hit cap, your other stats are probably gimped to high hell, and you suck either way.

So no, I doubt we'll ever see expertise gems. Maybe a meta gem, but I doubt even that.
