I've been working on getting my pvp gear at 70, and ive noticed a problem with bash. When I get stunned it has a 6 sec timer on it. When I go back and stun the same guy it has at most the 4 it says its supposed to, but I swear ive seen it start as low as 2. Whats causeing this? does res affect stun time? or def? Yes I have brutal impact too.

Simply put. In a bg I was one on one with another bear. He used bash on me, which stunned me for 6 sec. I used bash right back on him, at most it stunned him for 4, if not less. I use xperl, so theres a giant buff/debuff icon with a timer clicking over it. I want to know why the same skill would effect me worse.
Had you stunned the other druid already? Diminishing returns, perhaps?

nope, each of us used it only once. But either way, why would his stun last for 6 sec, the max is 4 sec isnt it? I dunno, maybe xperl was reading it wrong and just had an incorrect timer or something.
The max bash time is 5 seconds with two points in brutal impact.

If you have 2/2 Brutal Impact then your bash should have lasted 5 seconds. Not 4 or less. And unless there is a gear set bonus I don't know about his bash couldn't have lasted 6 seconds. As far as your bash make sure you are using rank 3.

Alright thanks for the responses. I was assuming there was a major trinket or set bonus I didnt know about.
