Well, strictly speaking, Mana Burn hits priests the hardest, since they have the least efficient heals. The thing about priests and druids is they can heal while remaining extremely mobile, so LoS makes Mana Burn a much smaller issue.
If Blizzard were to put this into the game, they would have to make it fair.
While in Holyform you cannot move.
