Get this mouse.

Figure out how to rebind the worthless "sensitivity" buttons to regular keys.

I may write up a more current guide to my keybinds when I have some downtime at work. As ShS with an eight button mouse, things are drastically different.

"M" buttons may refer to "Mousewheel." So for example, when I scroll up using my mousewheel, i cast hemorrhage. Or it may refer to clicking the mousewheel without scrolling.

And yes, extra mouse buttons make a world of difference. Consider that using shift or alt with each button makes it capable of executing three buttons, an eight button mouse can perform 24 functions without you needing to move your hand.

I used Eon's post almost word for word when I set it up. This is what it looks like now:

Stealth

MW Click - Distract
MW Up - Cheap Shot
MW Down - Sap
Shift MW UP - Garrote
Shift MW Down - Ambush

Out of Stealth

MW Click - Blind
MW Up - Mutilate
MW Down - Eviscerate
Shift MW UP - Gouge
Shift MW Down - Kidney Shot
Alt MW Up - Sinister Strike
Alt MW Down - Rupture

1 - Stealth
2- Bandage
3 - Vanish
4 - Evasion
5 - Sprint
6 - Thistle Tea
Q - Deadly Throw (Shift Q for throw)
E - Slice and Dice
T - Trinket (with Shift and Alt for my other two)
F - Feint
H - Health Pot
V - Kick
C - Cloak of Shadows
X - Expose Armor
Z - Envenom

I also use this on all my other toons, which is one of every race and class. MW controls my main attacks with the keys around WASD being utilized as best as I can.

Actually, M(n) refers to each button on a mouse. This is what shows up when it shows what button is keybound to what. At least on mine anyway...

For example, M5 is me pressing Mouse Button no. 5 to activate CB, whereas s-M5 is me holding down Shift and pressing M5.

Although, this could just be my machine...
