Actually, M(n) refers to each button on a mouse. This is what shows up when it shows what button is keybound to what.
At least on mine anyway... For example, M5 is me pressing Mouse Button no. 5 to activate CB, whereas s-M5 is me holding down Shift and pressing M5.
Although, this could just be my machine...
