I just hit Outlands at lvl 58 and I really am not sure where to put my talent points now that i have most of the Feral portion filled out. Here's the link below. I currently have one unspent point.

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/druid/talents.html?00000000000000000000050023213232212530105105000000000000000000

Also, I posted back at lvl 33 about my combat rotation and I'm wondering if my rotation is still correct. I haven't changed it too much even after getting to the bottom of the tree:

1. Prowl
2. Pounce
3. Feral Faerie Fire
4. Mangle
5. Shred
6. Claw (if I need one more to get to 4 combo points)
7. Rip or Ferocious Bite

Thank you all so much for the advice and please throw in any other tidbits which could be helpful!

Drop Nurturing Instinct, put it into Improved Leader of the Pack. This talent will allow you to grind for hours before you need to come out and heal. Then go fill out Naturalist, Omen of Clarity, then Natural Shapeshifter. With the last in anything you like but preferably Nature's Grasp.

You no longer have a need to use Claw anymore after you got Mangle, since they are of the same energy but Mangle does higher damage. Prowl, Pounce, FFF, Mangle, Shred, Shred if you're still behind the mob, if not Mangle all the way. FB if the mob is close to dying, Rip if it's not.

Well, if you are planning on tanking any party content at all, you kind of need Feral Instinct. It's not necessary if all you want to do is PvP though.

Nurturing Instinct is something of a question mark too...for a majority of PvE content it's fairly worthless, since you'll be dropping in and out of combat a lot, you might as well bring along some +healing gear which will far surpass +50% of your strength even if you just put together some crappy stuff based on quest rewards like me. If you're planning on PvP and Arena it can have some merit, but generally IMO less useful than Improved Leader of the Pack.

As for what else you might want, Naturalist and Omen of Clarity are both incredibly helpful. Natural Shifter and Primal Tenacity are both solid choices for PvP. Also I'm personally a fan of Intensity for the rage generation...getting enough instantly for a Feral Charge or Bash has saved both me and other people many times in PvE and PvP encounters, although it's not entirely necessary.

And your combat rotation, don't Claw after you have Mangle, there's quite literally no point. Mangle is the same energy cost for far more damage and a debuff. Otherwise it's all pretty straightforward.
