im wondering what i should do as far as badge of justice rewards. my plan is to get the cloak of subjugated power first, but after that im unsure. maybe i should get the 75 badge item first?
second, orb of the soul eater is better to get than khadgars knapsack correct?

Yes, Orb of the Soul Eater is better than Khadgar's for a Warlock, since your Fire spells are a mere fraction of your DPS.
I don't know anymore, it used to be so easy.
The spell haste off hand badge is probably better then that +51 shadow damage one. I hear there is new T6 quality badge rewards coming next patch (sigh) so I'd probably just save your badges until the next major patch.
New weapons coming for badges too (~T6 quality). 246 spell damage blades? Hmm, who knows. I would log on the PTR and check it out. I'm trying but getting errors atm. If I get on I'll post some good looking badge loot.

the spellhaste offhand is the 2nd best offhand in the game. get it over the souleater. there's no comparison

the voodoo belt is pretty nice if you have 60 badges laying around xD
