question about statsFollow

i have a question witch stat should i concentrate more on str or agi? cause this is what im looking at now if i go with my agi/stam gear that i have on i have 17.4% to crit but if i put on some gear with SOME str and when i mean some i mean some its like armor from lvl 18 blue armor of the fang havnt found any chest peice with good stats to replace that and im lvl 37 enhancement spec bak to the topic if i have my gear that has str i have about 304 attack power from what i gather its good to crit cause of shamanistic focus and flurry 60% mana reduce on shocks and 30% attack speed bonus but then again if i have more AP i hit harder more often with less crits what should i do?

Agility gives about the same returns as straight crit rating, a little worse. You should focus on strength at this level, but do keep in mind that agility does give crit rating, and is especially noticeable at lower levels. I'm trying to maintain a decent balance of the two until I get to much higher levels.
