I've recently started a mage. He's currently at level 15 and spec'd frost. I originally spec'd frost because I was going to AoE grind but the more I look at how I level the more I realize that I will be spending more time in instances and doing BGs.
What spec do you guys reccomend?

In my pvp guide there is a good frost build for the bg. I'd link it but really...it's a click away and I'm on the rents hella slow dial up.
Luckily, frost soloing/5 man instance talents also happen to mirror frost PvP talents(one exception, but it's still a great talent). Just remember these words:
Burst.
Control.
Survive.
Every talent you want to pick up as you level falls into one or more of these categories. Except Frost Channeling. Get that one as soon as you have a chance.
