Battleground strats :: Free Realms

I went to battleground today at lvl 20 warlock and was eaten alive in 5 mins. 1 kill and was killed 7 times. It seemed as soon as a melee saw me i was killed in 12 seconds. I gotta learn some strats. I know level 27-29 is the best but are there some good starting gameplans and ideas what I should work on?

Of course you got eaten alive you went at 20 when the majority of players were at 26+.

Lol level 20 is a bad idea in BG's. Why didn't you PVP more at 19? You would have been much more effective. I'd say level to at least ~26 before you expect better results, 29 is ideal. Theres still lots of rogue twinks who have spent 1500g on gear, enchants and dungeon run throughs though so just watch out for them and try not to be too frustrated. 39 is a better bracket, but I had fun at 19, 29, 39, 49 while I leveled. I actually had a seperate 29 twink lock for a while which was fun too.

Well theres your problem, you went into the 20-29 bracket at level 20, not the best of ideas considering most of the players you will encounter are going to be twinks who will 2 shot you at that level. As far as strats go Id say your best bet is to DoT em up as fast as you can then fear like usual and start running away. Rinse and repeat is your best bet in the 20-29 bracket.

In my opinion warlock twinks shine in the 30-39 bracket. Staff of Jordan + underworld bandx2 and a handfull of level 35+ enchants and you have yourself one domination lock. I asked a guy what his +spell dmg was at while in a 30-39 AB one day and he replied "well over +200", thats just insane. Not to mention at that level you can pretty much DoT things up and Life Drain them to death or simply DoT and run.
