Hey guys, I was just wondering if I could get some advice. I wanted to know what I need to do to get heroic ready. I working on getting a couple more PvP epics right now but my +healing is on 756. What would be good to have to do Heroics.
I also just got keyed for Kara, am I ready for that?

after that go get your healing to at a minimum 1k and your mp5 to around 80. your spell crit is perfect though. get the epic mace from sha'tar rep and throw the +81 healing enchant on it and you'll have another 150 healing. that'll bring you pretty much there. ditch the +15 spirit on your chest and get the mana regen one instead. that will help with your mana regen. also i'd replace the str/sta gem w/ a mana regen gem. that's what i'd recommend. after you get those then try to work a little more on your +healing. i say 1k is minimum, but you really might want to shoot for more like 1.2k. I've done kara only a few times and just a few heroics (got nothing healy from either), but i'm already over 1.2k healing. it's possible, just takes some time.

It looks to me you picked up a whole bunch of pvp gear, got yourself ready to heal arenas then decided one day that you wanted to do heroics so you can get the pvp cloak. PvP gear != PvE gear. If you're a serious pvper, but want to get in on some pve action, you might do well actually having two sets of healing gear. One set gemmed/socketed/enchanted for pvp, the other for doing instances/heroics/raids.
I checked out the Pre-Kara guide and I have to say that I can tell I was wrong picking up a bunch of PvP gear thinking I would be ready to do PvE. I'm working on getting a bunch of stuff that was mentioned in you guide Dil. It's awesome!
I have already went from 756 to on my way to 900! After I finish getting Revered in HH I'll be over 900. Then I'm going to work on getting some enchants placed on my gear. Thanks for the advice, I can't believe I overlooked that sticky!
