So im bored with my 29 rogue twink and my guild is basically boring right now so I thought wth, ill make a 39 war twink out of my gf's retired lvl 7 war. So im thinking the Scarlet set with herod's shoulders and beserker helm, is there anything better than this? also what kind of weapons should I go for, 2her or dual wield? also what spec would be the best? any input is great, thanks.
In my humble opinion you can NOT start a level 39 twink warrior unless you find yourself a Pendulum of Doom first. I do not care what you Nightblade lovers say, the Pendulum is THE warrior bomb at 39. And "twinking" means "get the bestest of the best", ergo the Pendulum.

K ill keep an eye out for it and ive been farming ulda for other stuff anyway so ill keep farming there. Also another question for everyone, which class would be awesome( i have a female NE and a male human) but i can make whatever. which would look the best in scarlet gear and twinked? Also, anyone out there with a 39 that i could armory?
Its really a matter of which model (Female NE or Male Hum) you like more. Technically speaking a Human warrior would be better due to the +skill with mace/sword and I think they have a slight str advantage on the NE's but im not sure. Again the differences in racial stats are subtle so meh, go with what you like to look at :)
what are some good weps incase i want to dual wield for twinking?

Armory Baveux, lvl 38 twink in training. For trinkets, you'll want PvP trinket and Mark of the Chosen trinket.
I have both rings(althought pvp ring may be better than one of them, not sure), the belt, the gloves, the chest, the shoulders, and the helm. Neckpiece is PvP gear, and boots as well I believe(not sure). You'll want legguards of the vault(have them, still need the leg armor) with nethercleft on them(or clefthide if you're a cheapass) for your legs. I'm not sure about the ranged weapon, and don't remember what backpiece or bracers you need.
I'll be changing my epic Fiery War Axe for the Pendulum of Doom when I hit 39, and enchanting everything when I have the golds. At full price, my twink will probably be worth between 2-3k gold, probably closer to the 3K mark. The Pendulum itself is so sought after, that it could pretty easily be sold for 1k gold. I just got lucky and got it for 150G. Nethercleft = roughly 300G, and I still need all my enchants.
