Intensity provides 10 rage instantly with Enrage. Is that 10 extra rage, in addtion to the 20 over 10 seconds Engrage generates, or are we getting half the Enrage benefit up front and thus receiving the the final 10 over 10 seconds?
nah, its just 10 extra rage. so 30 rage per enrage basically.
