Macro HelpFollow

Ok, I've looked up the macro info and I can't find what I need and have no clue how to make a macro.

What I'm looking for is a macro that will activate my trinkets while in cat form the moment I pounce. Ex. I have Badge of Tenacity and Barov Peasant Caller (don't laugh, it's priceless in PvP). I want these both to activate right after I pounce. I need specifics, I don't know a thing about macros, if I could copy from here, paste into there it would be awesome. Thanks.
