i just re rolled my priest last night and wanted a human, but i felt complled to roll a female, then while i was runninh round SW, i noticed that male human priests were very scarce.
then realised that all human priests i know are female chars, is this a glabal thing or just on my sever?, is it an asthetic thing? or is there a biger picture that im missing?

Its funny, almost all the holy priests I know are female (several of us are RL females), shadow priests a mix of male and female, all the holy palas I know are male, and the human male palas are very competitive and the biggest flirts! I guess the characters we create say something about our personalities; lol, it suits me to be a pale flower-picking draenai holy priest who runs around on a pvp server trying to make friends with the horde!
Rofl!! You're so right! I'm sure there are some but I can't remember a single female holy pally. And I've rolled a female holy priest too. omg. And I thought I was special. ;)
lol its a bit weird isnt it, it took a while to sink in.
the only female holy palas i know are dwarfs and they look like males anyway and dont count.
i thinks its a subconscious thing that we do when making chars, like the 1st time we make a dwarf we picture it havin a big orange beard!!
and im sure you are special just in a different way =P

It's because human males generally look ridiculous. Especially until you get some decent armor. Why must my never-see-sunlight warlock look like an overaged football player in a dress? :(

that. i hate the way my male human priest looks. all roided out, but a sissy.
I don't think I've ever seen a male human priest either. I for one had a mental image of what I expected a priest to look like when I rolled mine. The male characters look like they can bench press a Mack truck...doesn't really fit my mental image of a priest.
I have seen several female pallys though. I think female characters look badass in plate. God...I hope that doesn't translate over to RL in my head one day. Would be an expensive (and possible painful) fetish.

personally, i think almost all of the male models look pretty bad compared to their female counterparts (at least for alliance... horde have it better in this regard).
that's why almost all my chars end up being female, despite me not being one. it seems like i always browse through the male models when making a new toon but always end up settling on the girls.

I see plenty of all race/class/gender combos...
...except Female Dwarf Paladin.

Personally it's an aesthetic thing, generally (alliance side) the females just look better than males. Although my main is a Male Draenei priest, all my alts are female lol.
I do however know plenty of male priests and female paladins, although every single female paladin I know seems to be played by a male.
I think blizzard should (for males atleast) add different body types, I don't think a holy priest (aka a monk) should look like he can be a professional wrestler, but then again it might just be my image of priests.

You know, I never thought about it until now, most likely given that I play a human male priest. All I can say is, this.
Shadowform makes the following things look decent or even cool: Nether ray mounts, soulfrost enchants, hatefury mantle, and human males.

But I havnt seen many Male Dwarf Rogue

Dont think I've seen a Female Dwarf Warrior either.
Female Dwarf Hunters are pretty rare too.
Basicly, Dwarf Female's are rare!
But one thing that's for sure.. Tauren Warlock's, that is rare ****! ^^

Hey now! I've got an autistic son. And he runs WAAAY better than my human, male priest! That's just TOO insulting ... to autistics. :D
Anywho, male human holy priest. I even managed to (vaguely) get him to resemble me ... w/o the beer gut. Or the pony tail.
And, yes. I like the way he looks in his dress, er, robes. Those sweet, sweet purple robes of healy goodness (Gotta love the look of PMC. :)

what???! Female Dwarfs are cute....(blondies) and i have a dwarf female pally but shes lvl 9. i like being unique tho. about my priest...wells hes a Male Human Priest, and seriously...i hate it so much, i wish i made female. Even tho this priest is my first char. it has long white hair with no beard.
