3 pallys on a 3v3 team? i know a guy in-game that says hes gonna start a 3v3 ret team, but i find that hard to chew. 3 pallys isnt bad though. all that means is 3 blessings, 3 auras, and 3 judgements. also, 3 DPSers in plate
That also means 3 HoJs, and 3 bubbles. Will probably be pretty annoying to the opposition. Paladins can h ave some incredible busrt damage, and so if they play their cards properly, they can probably take out a healer pretty fast, bubble up, heal themselves, and take the DPS pretty quickly.
Honestly, I think he would be better off with a Holy and 2 Ret though for a designated healer.

It'd be good in certain situations, but there are a lot of mana burn teams out there that would eat you for breakfast.

Not a very healthy breakfast. You need something higher in fiber. Might I suggest tree druids?
if its 3 Ret, it takes mucho coordination. if you dont focus fire on the right target you will lose. if you dont get the jump, you will lose. if you dont stay 100% offensive, you will lose. however, a careful repentence on the healer and you can know out any dps in about 5 secs. once you get to players that know how to use all abilities and stay alive, your weaknesses will show. nerf cyclone!
mana burn is oldschool. 5-6 mana burns per pally. 3 stings per pally. silence and purges are oldschool too. CS is melee and SoC cant be dispelled. use trinkets and bubbles sparingly. if the fight goes past 1 min consider it a wipe.

Reading the title I was thinking analogies like
- round circles
- hot fires
- painful mutilations
- error-showing ms windows
and so on...
Perfect paladins is just one more pleonasm.
