Need help comparing two items...Follow

Basically, my stats are pretty good right now. The issue I have with replacing my Breastplate of A'dal would be the loss of hit rating. Currently I sit at above 9% (the predicted cap), with 98 hit rating. To offset the loss in hit, I would change my head enchant which is currently 17 strength, 14 intellect, to the 34 AP, 14 hit one. I would also put in 1 Rigid Dawnstone (8 hit) into the Justicar Breastplate, along with 2 Bold Living Rubies (8 strnegth). Now, obviously this would make the Justicar Breastplate worth it, but is it really worth the effort? I'd love some feedback.
