Im making a 39 twink rogue and im confused on where i should put my last 3 points.
My build:

Im a sword rogue and im trying to spec for duels. I dont really want ghostly strike because i dont find it that useful except for fights against other rogues.
Ive been going through either 3 in Deadliness, Imp Gouge, or Malice.
Deadliness gives me about 6 extra weapon dmg, Imp gouge i find myself only using against mages, and malice doesnt seem like a huge crit improvement.
What are your guys suggestions on where I should put them.

You shouldn't have points in both imp. SS and in Hemo. Choose one or the other, Hemo probably isn't that great at lvl 39. Ghostly Strike is good when you couple it with evasion and Setup. As a twink you should have a base dodge of 20% easy, +50% from evasion + 15% from GS & Warriors, Shamans, Rogues, Hunters and to a degree pallys will be easy pray for you especially with the serrated blades talent. Something like this or this may be worth a shot.

I got the exact same talents in sub as you do.
Hemo replaces sinister strike, so take your talents from combat and the last 3 and put them in malice imo.
You can check my rogue out at armory if you like. I have 30,12% dodge on him

Edit: The thing is. Almost all twinks have engineering, and most have Catseye Ultra goggles (atleast rogues, which there are abundant of), which increases stealth detection moderately, so Master of Deception is almost a must in this bracket.

Im pretty new to rogue and I was wondering why Hemo replaces SS. SS seems to do more instant dmg than hemo and with the talents, only costs 5 more energy which allows me to fit it into the CS and still be able to get in a 5 point kidney.
