Lvled up a 60 shaman all ele until i got to outlands and then decided to spec enhance as a spur of the moment thing.

At first it seemed extremely weak but after a couple new items raising my hit rating/crit rate things seemed to get a bit better.

When i got crit chance up to around 20% things seemed to just take off.

I guess my main question is how high should hit rating/percentage be with out nature's. And how high is the typical enhance shamans crit chance?

and one last thing, how should i choose between STR and crit rateing ? which one helps the most with dps/WFury procs?

At level 70 you will want about 90 hit rating plus the 2 hit% boosting talents, Nature's Guidance in resto tree and dual-wield spec in the enhance tree.

You will ideally want to be at at least 25% to crit at level 70 as this will give you a very good chance of always having flurry and unleashed rage up as well as always keeping you focused for cheaper shocks.

Im leveling an enhancement shammy and was wondering this same question. But is that 90 for duel wielding or two handing? My main is a rogue, and 90 just seems extremely low for duel wielding.
Nevermind, I read up about it on Elitist Jerks and it makes sense to me now.
