hey am a lvl 68 hunter atm and looking at the kara raid gear i need a few are from hc and i wanted to know what i needed from my gear now

What is HC? And just so you know, your talent build needs a little work, you're far from the top raid DPS 41/20/0 BM build. Not saying that yours is wrong, just saying it's not going to keep up with the 41/20 BM/MM build that is known for being the top DPS build for raiding Hunters right now.
More over though, Aethiens Pre-Raid gear list has everything you need to answer this question; lists of gear, stat goals for each spec and enchant choices for each piece.
You're gear looks good for a lvl 68 Pre-Raid hunter, just keep trying to get the pieces on the pre-raid gear list.

sorry it means heroic and yeh i may need to respec but i pick what i did for lvling ^^
For heroics, see the pre-raidlist and take a step lower.
just to add, 1 step below means a couple greens but mostly blues and all of a lvl close to 70 (say 67 minimum with a few exceptions)
Most important though, is knowing how to play.
If you can keep any mob that can be trapped trapped for a longer period of time, do good dps, pay attention, follow tactics and last but not least arent afraid to use cooldowns/potions if needed.
You'll be fine for pretty much any heroic.

thanks i been reading the raiding faq at the top for awhile and seen a few of the parts are from heroic oh well i guess i have to keep doing some more quests and other things to get gear thanks ^^
