Shaman key bindingFollow

OK guys i know this is going to sound really noobish but i have a70 rogue and 50shaman and never understood keybinding but i pvp really will with out it but some ppl tell me keybinding can make u much better so can sombody tell what keybinging is and what kinda key bindings do u have for your shaman?

I found it very helpful. Instead of clicking various icons or using keys to activate my 5 most used talents (the 1-5 abilities in my action bar), I've bound them to my mouse. For my enhancment shaman, I use a forward roll of the mouse wheel to frost shock, a click with the mouse whell to earth shock, a backward roll of the mouse whell to storm strike, a shift + click on the mouse wheel to purge, and an alt + backward roll on the mouse wheel to flame shock. All of that done with 1-2 fingers instead of all that clicking of icons or rememberin which finger is to push which button to activate the toolbar.
The only thing that I didn't like and really isn't an issue for me is that once I set up the mouse for one toon, it was set up that way for all my toons. Once I realized that, it just took some time to adjust my action bar so that the 5 abilities I use the most were arranged the way I wanted them.
