Those are the differences in stats between the full primalstrike set and some of pieces of gear a rogue could possibly have by the end of Kara. Primalstrike is the latter stats bwt.
Somebody was trying to tell me Primalstrike was better, and I knew it wasn't, but just couldn't convince them of that.

the first one all the way. hit is the #1 stat to chase till you break 250. Well as long as your AP is above 1400.
The first one. Granted, if the latter looks like a cool set you could wear it in Shatt, scare the newbs off the cliff.
